The Usage Reports dashboard gives admins a comprehensive view of how their team is using the Enlyft platform. With this dashboard, admins can:
Track overall usage, including total credits consumed and activity across the App, CRM, and API.
Monitor team activity to understand how individual users are engaging with the platform.
Identify opportunities to improve adoption, optimize workflows, and help team members make the most of Enlyft’s features.
View detailed credit usage, including a breakdown of Account and Contact credits.
To access the Usage Reports dashboard, go to the navigation panel, click Admin in the lower-left corner, then select Usage Reports.
In the History tab, you can view detailed insights on saved and exported data.
Use the dropdown to filter and view user-specific activity.
