When you provide Enlyft with a list of accounts to enrich, you gain access to all the data Enlyft has about each of your accounts - technology usage, firmographics, and much more! Once enriched, you can then segment these accounts to better fit your business needs.
How to Enrich Accounts
Are you an Enlyft Admin? If so, please follow the below instructions.
Login into the Enlyft Application.
Go to Discover > Setup in the left navigation pane.
Click on “UPLOAD FILE.”
Upload your account list using the following requirements:
- Enlyft matches accounts based on the domain name (website). The first column (Column A) of your file must contain the domain name of your accounts.
- Enlyft disregards the first row of your file as the header.
- File format needs to be CSV, XLS or XLSX.
- View sample file and formatting here.Each successfully enriched account is equivalent to one account credit.
Once your accounts have been evaluated, you will receive an overview of your accounts including the following:
- Number of accounts uploaded.
- Number of entries with errors.
- Number of unmatchable, secondary, or duplicate account domains.
- Number of accounts already owned from prior redemptions or enrichment.
- Total number of account credits needed for enrichment.
- Number of account credits available.Name your file for reference.
Select “CONFIRM ENRICHMENT.”
Your account list has now been enriched!
