Navigate to Setup → AI Datapoints.
Here you can create up to 3 custom datapoints.
Inputs
The creation of each datapoint requires the below inputs.
Datapoint Title – Enter a brief title for the data point.
Description – Define the data point or ask a question it should answer. Optionally, specify related insights for reference or calculations.
Datapoint Type – Choose the format for your data point:
Yes/No – Use for binary answers.
Example: Is the company part of the Fortune 500?
Number – Use to generate numerical results.
Example: What is the company’s market capitalization?
Text – Use for descriptive answers.
Example: What is the company’s top revenue stream?
Choose from List – Use when the result should be selected from a predefined list.
Example: What is the company’s primary business type? Values: B2B, B2C, D2C, B2G
Values – Define allowed responses for “Yes/No” and “Choose from List” types.
Unit (Optional) – Specify a unit for the result (e.g., dollars, years, employees). Applicable for “Number” type only.

Preview
Instantly preview data point results for any account in the preview section.
The preview section allows you to see your new AI Datapoints come to life.
You can remove default accounts and add accounts of your choice. A maximum of 5 accounts can be added.
Save Changes
After configuring the data points, click Save Changes to apply your setup
The data points will then be available for all accounts on each Account Insights page that you visit.
