For users of Microsoft Excel on Windows Computers:
When downloading accounts from the Enlyft Platform via CSV file to your Windows computer, you may run into a data issue when reviewing the data in Microsoft Excel. When you use the employee filter range for filter values "1-10" and/or "10-50," those values will instead show in date format, such as "10-January." This is an issue within Microsoft Excel itself.
In order to correct this issue, please complete the following:
Download the CSV file from your segments and save to your computer.
Open a blank Excel file.
Go to the "Data" tab.
In the left-most section, select "Get Data" > "From File" > "From Text/CSV."
Save the output.
Your data will now be shown with correct formatting!
